Position Overview:

As a Quality Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every product meets—and exceeds—our quality standards from start to finish. You’ll partner closely with production teams to maintain consistency and excellence through inspections, testing, and ongoing quality checks across the manufacturing process.

This role offers a balanced mix of office‑based coordination and hands‑on presence on the production floor, giving you visibility, influence, and the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work. Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Testing and Analysis: Perform tests on raw materials and finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and report findings to relevant departments to facilitate improvements in production processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities to ensure traceability and compliance with industry regulations.
• Training: Provide training to production staff on quality standards and best practices to enhance overall product quality.

About You:

To be a success in this role, we are looking for someone with 2-3 years of previous experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Skillsets and competencies we are looking for include:

• Education: A high school diploma, bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.
• A demonstrated eye for detail and accuracy - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools is also beneficial.

❇ It would be beneficial (but not essential) if you also have:

• Experience in a battery, automotive, or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work in a bilingual environment (Korean/English).
